Update Account Details
Need to update your account details, including your name, address, contact details, and passwords?
For Online Performance Coach:
In the header (and sometimes footer) of most pages, you'll see a profile icon. Once you tap that, a bunch of options will drop down from the menu. Head to settings and you'll be able to update all of your information there.
For the Coaching App (BridgeTracker)
From your device, sign in to your online account through the following URL: https://www.bridgeathletic.com/login
Once you are successfully logged in, click on your name in the upper-righthand corner to reveal the dropdown menu, and select "account setting.'' Once inside, you'll be able to update all of your information there.
For Email Newsletters
To update your email address and other details associated with email newsletters or email-based products and courses, simply reply to any email you've received from me.
You can also contact me directly here, or tap one of the little blue icons in the bottom right of your screen to chat.
Changing Your Password
If you forgot your Online Performance Coach or TrueCoach password, the forgot password link on the login screens will send you an email with a link to set a new one.
If you know your current password, you can always change it from your settings.
