Coaching Payment

How payment for all coaching services works.

Once a coaching agreement has been reached, you will receive a link to your invoice to make payment. The secure cart service I used is called Thrivecart and you will have the option of paying via PayPal or a credit card of your choice.

A tax invoice will be emailed to you immediately upon purchase.

For All In-Person Coaching Sessions

You will receive a link for the upcoming week's sessions the week before. We can also set up automatic debits that can be cancelled at any time.

For Online Coaching Clients

Before we begin, you will receive a link to set up your recurring billing. Payments for online coaching will be debited every 2 weeks and operate in 2-week segments for ease. Billing is set up the week before and can be cancelled at any time. If you wish to cancel, please send an email to danny@dannyleejames to do so, and you will not be charged again. You will continue to have access for the remainder of your 2-week payment cycle but you cannot be issued a refund for the remainder of your unused programming.

**Week to week payments for online coaching is not accepted.

Payment for all coaching services (in-person and online) is to be paid in advance of sessions, program delivery, or before the next training cycle is set to commence.

Once your invoice is settled, your private coaching session will be booked in, or your online program will be delivered to your account.

This means that your requested coaching timeslot will not be secured or you will not see a program in your calendar within the coaching app until you have settled your invoice.
